Our founder’s career began on the ground level—opening and operating multiple licensed establishments—providing firsthand knowledge of the  challenges faced by business owners in this highly regulated space. 

In addition to entrepreneurial and consulting roles, the founder previously served within the state regulatory agency responsible for overseeing alcohol licensing, enforcement, and compliance. This tenure at the agency afforded critical insight into regulatory expectations, internal processes, and policy enforcement mechanisms. It also established lasting professional relationships and a nuanced grasp of the interpretive frameworks applied by regulators.
